Less than a week ago, we looked into the @camelbak lifetime warranty on their water bottles after @kristafourn's broke around the hinge. We easily submitted a claim on the website and less than 2 weeks later, we received a new one in the mail. My wife is so happy to have her favorite water bottle back, and we are definitely customers for life. I now want one of those hydration backpacks for when we go hiking as a family!
